Many Christian websites speak of why one fails to realize one’s goals and why that lets him or her depressed. They even have advices on realizing goals, which can be summed up to seven golden steps. These steps aren’t just for the Christian community brethren but for the world in its entirety and diversity to prosper and excel in life.
The first three steps comprise of self-introspective questions:
1. What exactly (read precisely) the goals are?
2. Why do you wish those goals? Why do you want them? Why do you want them to realize?
3. What are the things that need to be changed in your current life in order to achieve them?
After this, you need to do the following,
4. Disseminate each goal into smaller targets, the cumulative accomplishment of which will bestow you the goal.
5. Assign a time frame to each target and goal. Have a deadline and work towards achieving the goal with respect to it.
6. Put your best efforts to achieve your goals. Evaluate yourself periodically and practically. A trustful friend/relative/guide/teacher can be helpful in this matter.
7. Celebrate with every step of success – not to revel always but to motivate yourself for the rest of the journey.
